Can't access Apple Music content on pc

I have had my music (purchased on iTunes and also from ripped music from my CDs) on Apple Music on both my iPhone and my pc for a number of months. A few weeks ago, for no reason I can determine, I could access my music only very momentarily on my pc before I would only get a revolving circle and nothing more. Each time I rebooted the pc, Apple Music would again work very briefly before I got the revolving circle. Today, I uninstalled Apple Music and Apple Devices, but there was no change when I reinstalled the apps. Any ideas what I might try to fix this issue? Thanks.

Looks like I somehow figured out the problem. For some reason, a few of the songs in a second smaller playlist were evidently causing all the problems I was experiencing. I deleted the songs in that playlist, and re-entered them in a new secondary playlist. Now everything seems to be working fine.
