Limited edition badges are missing from my Fitness app

Hi!

I was looking for the special stickers you get in iMessage for obtaining a Limited Edition Award in the Fitness app, but I couldn’t find them.

So I went in the Fitness app and found out that all my Limited Edition Awards are gone, the section is not even there anymore.

For context, I’m using an iPhone 16 running iOS 18.6, and an Apple Watch Series 10 running watchOS 11.6. I’m in Italy.

Did this happen to anyone else? Do you know how could I solve this problem and retrieve the badges I earned?

Yes, waiting until you have a secure and stable Wi-Fi network connection is the way to go.

Until then, force restarting both devices may also help. All your awards are saved in iCloud, so you will not lose them.

Force restart iPhone - Apple Support

To force restart your watch, press and hold the Digital Crown and the Side button together for about 10sec, until the Apple logo comes back again.

Hi, thank you so much for your help! So I finally was able to update both my iPhone and my Watch, and also force restarted both of them, but unfortunately the issue was not solved. Is there anything else I could try?

Yes, but the issue wasn’t solved. I can’t upgrade the Apple Watch right now as I don’t have WiFi connection. Might that be the issue?

The Fitness information is saved in iCloud. Some users reported, that their awards synced back again over time, after they were missing before.
