Animation is stuck in Microsoft PowerPoint on MacBook Pro

same ppt I am playing in any other leptop and it is working fine I am using the top end model now, MacBook Pro M3 and in this laptop also if this is happening how can I rely on such brand. trust me my work is totally depend on system and this Is the reason I have invested so much to get best system but simple ppt is not working properly and I am losing lake of business because of your system please help me to resolve this asap, I need to to go consumer market and drop a case against this if this is still happening. I have lost 20Lakh of business only because the animation was stuck during the show which was attended by 1000 people.

Original Title: i use microsoft ppt in my daily work life and it is very important app for me, i run corporate event show in which ppt is the most important app for presentation to 1000 people on led screen but i am facing this problem of animation getting stuck.
