MB Air Laptop Battery Optimization Sequoia 15.6 and Beyond-- Discontinued?

When I got this computer I could choose a setting that would learn my charging habits, automatically stop charging before reaching 100%, etc. In Sequoia 15.6, I cannot seem to find such an option in settings. I don't remember exactly what it was called. Has it been discontinued? And if so, what is the best way to manage/optimize battery for longevity?
