M4 Mac Book Pro after update not recognising SD card
Before the last update my laptop was recognising my memroy cards and external aspects. Now after the update there is no recognition for my memory cards. SD card to be specific.
Also, check System Settings > Privacy & Security > Accessories (all the way at the bottom). If it is set to Ask (always or for new), you should see a prompt like this when you insert an SD card, and it will mount only after you click Allow.
If the above didn't work, try setting this to Always Allow.
Note that I have an M4 Pro MBP running the current macOS and after clicking Allow, the SD card appears on the desktop.
