Upside-down pictures on iPhone after soft reset

Sounds Crazy! Is this only the Photos app, or is it everything? Is it all pictures, or just recents, or just screenshots, or just pictures from Messages, or what?

Can you edit these pictures? Can you go to Edit>Crop and rotate them?

Try a hard reboot and see if that will help.
