Bluetooth and Apple CarPlay connection issues on iOS 18.6.1

I just updated my iPhone 16. Know my phone will not connect to Bluetooth or Apple car play. Bluetooth doesn’t even see it. It did see it and connect but this morning will not connect or even see it.
