How can I reactivate my disabled 'Media & Purchases account' in Iraq?

Hello, I'm Ibrahim from Iraq. Unfortunately, I can't find a way to talk to support. Since this feature is not available with us, my media and purchase account has been disabled and I don't know how I can reactivate it. Please help me with that.

There is a link provided in the article below, to start the reactivation process:

If a message says 'Your Media & Purchases account has been disabled' - Apple Support

Eg: says:

"Request reactivation through Apple Support".

Seems there is no "Apple" phone number for Iraq listed in Apple's "around the world" list below:
