Unable to access 1-month free offer on Apple TV after receiving an invoice

i got an email offering 1 month free. See below. When I clicked on accept offer I received an invoice for £8.99. I sent an email pointing this out. I received a refund but now I cannot access the 1 month free as offered. The message now says I am not eligible for this offer.

i believe the system had recorded this as having retrieved the offer - which I didn’t - I was charged. This was done within the offer time limit. I have scoured the website etc and it seems there is no way Apple can be contacted unless through an automated system. How can I get the 1 month free as offered? Or find a way to ask Apple to sort this out?

Offers should include or have a link to terms and conditions for that offer, which may include stipulations that some exclusions may apply. The quoted part of the message seems to omit any reference to terms and conditions.

Other than that, you may reach out to the Apple Support staff through:

The latter two methods start out automated for initial description, but then quickly help you get in contact with real human staff, who should be a selected good fit for the described issue.
