I tried to use macOS Monterey to upgrade my iPhone to iOS 26 beta 6.
Finder showed "A software update is required to connect to iPhone"
I clicked Install, but the upgrade failed because it couldn’t connect to the software server.
Is there a solution?
It is highly doubtful , there will be any software update offered, from Apple, for macOS 12, macOS 13, macOS 14 or macOS 15 to allow connecting to a an " iPhone to iOS 26 beta 6. "
Neither iOS 26 or macOS 26 have been released for commercial consumption
