Unable to access password and set up new MacBook Air

I cannot access my own password because somebody has already changed it!!! I have had this new MacBook for a couple of months.. the second I try to set it up and put my own name in password. It has never worked since.!!!! I have even put in the serial number, it’s not registering back to me!!

Original Title: Not only has my fully paid for I 15+ but now I have a fully paid for 13 inch MacBook Air that was able to put password in, but cannot even go online!!

I have had a iPhone 15+ since February fully paid off yet I am constantly off-line!!! Are getting kicked off line.. The scariest is when I’m trying to find directions in my phone cannot respond even with cellular service.. This is not only happened with this device and with this carrier does this happen with three or four other iPhones and carriers ..

If you have forgotten your Mac login passcode; after trying three attempts, you should find an option to reset your passcode with your Apple Account.

From there, you simply follow the prompts and your Mac should simply restart like normal.

NOTE: You may need to sign back into iCloud and other services after the successful login.
