How can I fix black screen issues on my Apple Watch Series 9?

My apple watch series 9 does not turn On. Even charging it for hours , on force restart, apple logo appears for

2--3 secs ,then again goes black. Once the battery is completely drained , then on pressing crown button , it indicates to charge showing the charging dock picture. Once I was able to force restart and reset my apple watch, checked Battery health ,it was 95% . Worked fine for a day, then again same black screen problem started. Please provide me with solution. Thanks in Advance.
