Most of my contacts have disappeared after the update. I have tried all the solutions i could find on the internet and my Icloud backup and they seem to be gone. Not all of the but over half. Anyone have any solutions. It is quite frustrating. There is no rhyme or reason to which ones have disappeared.

What does "I have tried all solutions icloud find on the internet" entail?
Are you syncing from an account other than iCloud, such as gmail or outlook?
Go to Settings > Apps > Contacts > Accounts, and note which ones have Contacts listed under the account name. If so, is it the contacts from that account that have disappeared.
