Just got the notification that OS 18.6.1 (both phone and watch) were available. Read that it brought back Blood Oxygen to my Ultra 2. Did both updates, but when I run the watch app, it still says unavailable (as it has since it was removed). Thoughts?

I did all the updates and still couldn't get O2 measurement until I ran the EKG. Of course this is ridiculous since it's not mentioned anywhere to do this. With as much as apple software engineers get paid they could do a LOT better
Looks like I’ll have to give Apple a shot. I’ve done all of that. Looked in the health app and the respiratory section, it shows my old data, but nothing new. How do you trigger a new reading?
I also had the same issue but read if you run the ECG the. The blood oxygen will work so I tried it and it does work!

Having the same issue! I did an ECG and got a reading. But there is STILL no icon to tap to initiate a reading on the 10 Ultra. Hoping someone here can clarify!
Thanks for posting, I tried it, did an ECG with my Ultra 2, and then the O2 app started working.
Same here. Do an ECG reading, then use the Blood Oxygen app to take a reading. It works.

A reboot of the both devices didn't work but after taking a ECG reading the blood oxygen app works.
