Desktop Grid is "Jacked Up"

Check it. Sequoia must be running of a cracked version of Windows XP. Icons are suddenly snapping to some crazy grid, and keep snapping to random locations all over the Desktop. Nothing will stay on the top quarter of the screen. I guess the icons just don't like to play nice anymore...

The control center also flashes weirdly when I switch spaces for a split second, even though it isn't open on any of them.

What gives, ya'll?
