I have checked all the settings and found correct and Software is updated just 2 days ago. Additionally it is also not tracking activities like step count.

Did you already try to force restart the watch by pressing the Digital Crown and the Side button together for at least 10 sec, until the Apple logo comes back again?

Yes! I tried both option force restart as well as unpairing the watch. Unfortunately none of them worked for me.
Just to make sure, in Settings/Privacy & Securtty/Location Services, Apple Watch Workout is set to While Using,
and Fitness Tracking in Motion& Fitness ?
Yes, it is set to While Using the app.
