Unable to Authorize Apple Music on macOS 11.7.10 Big Sur

I have been unable to authorize my Apple Music account on macOS 11.7.10 Big Sur, meaning I am unable to download music in my library onto my computer. I have had no issue authorizing my Apple Music account on other Apple devices, except for this 2014 MacBook Air 11" running macOS 11.7.10 Big Sur. The version of Music is 1.1.6.37. The error message is "There was a temporary problem completing your request. Try again later." I have tried again multiple times over the period of a couple months, but still no luck. Attached is a screenshot of the error message.

Disable any VPN software. Make sure that your time is set correctly. You might need to reboot your router and computer to make sure you are not using any stale DNS records when looking up Apple's servers.
