Emojis still resetting even though I’ve never used half of what’s in my history now

Idk why, but ever since iOS 18, my emojis reset themselves to emojis I’ve never used before in my life and will probably never use. Why do my emojis keep resetting and how do I stop it?

I know how to remove unwanted stickers/bitmojis (which are both annoying tbh), but why are my emojis acting up?

I’ve hard reset my phone multiple times, tried to remove them how I would a sticker, and nada.
