Why though? For 7% extra performance? Get a newer Mac for 500+% performance boost. There is a reason why computers don’t roll out of the factory with water cooling. Just too much trouble for so little benefit. Trust the chip maker and their air cooling technology.
How can I get it installed?
All at your own risk. If you are not comfortable and familiar with how to do it, and not willing to potentially sacrifice your first two systems, then it is not for you.
It is a flex to show off, not a life improvement.
