How to sync iCloud photos and retrieve lost albums after iOS 18.6 update?

I am synced to iCloud

My albums are not hidden, they are removed

I checked my MacBook Air.. at first I could see my “missing” photo albums, but then I think my devices synced & the albums are also missing across all my Apple devices

any help appreciated I have a lot of important photo albums for my work
