You don't. It will require you to wait until the official WatchOS 26 release is available, then you can update to it and turn off any future beta updates. None of the beta versions are recommended to EVER be installed on a primary device.

It is. You can use Google to search user tips here.
Enter the following in Google for instance:
'search string' site:discussions.apple.com/docs
Not sure what that has to do with rolling back watchOS Beta though.
Hi Phil0124 -
There was a recent tip authored to preempt situations like this.
Basically I’m just reflecting on the fact that there’s a lot of interesting, useful information contained in tips people would benefit from. They even appear to be written for the 99.99% of us little guys. But they’re kind of sequestered away and hard to find on the site. And their priority weighting is so low in search engines that I didn’t even know they were indexed.
Apologies for being vague. I didn’t link it for posterity since this post violates policy and I assumed was about to be deleted. I wasn’t sure I had enough time to go track it down.

Also, don't forget you can use the Search option on the top of the page. Not only can you search for Discussions, but also choose User Tips. Further filtering the results to the last year brings up the recent and relevant results for your search terms.
Asking about rolling back an Apple device that has a beta installed isn't verboten.
Detailed conversations about betas are what isn't allowed.
M1 Mac mini, macOS 15.6; Watch, series 10 GPS-only, watchOS 11.6; iPhone 16, iOS 18.6; TV 4th Gen, tvOS 18.6 HomePods, audioOS 18.6
Hi Dah•veed -
I do appreciate the clarification/correction, because my take-home message had been (quite literally) ‘beta = verboten’. I don’t know what else to say other than: please chalk my error up as a good-faith, but otherwise clearly failed, attempt to learn from personal experience.

You cannot. You can turn off the beta updates and wait for a full public release of iOS 26. There is no way to roll back on an Apple Watch.

ASC Tips really should be indexed by search engines…
I’ve never had much luck using the internal search engine for posts, but it’s probably much more effective with a smaller data set. That is a good tip.
Thx Mac Jim (:
