Battery Health is an imprecise science based upon many factors - but is principally determined by the number of full-charge cycles of the battery

An iPad battery is rated to maintain at least 80% of its initial capacity after 1000 full charge/discharge cycles. As such, assuming that the Battery Health will diminish in a linear fashion, you can expect the indicated battery health to fall by 1% for every 50 full charge cycles - one full cycle being any combination of charging that sums to 100% (e.g. 50 + 20 + 20 + 10 = 100 = 1 full cycle).

Given your quoted 230 cycle count, you might anticipate your battery health will have declined by ~5%. To be clear, battery health is affected by many factors - and will not necessarily fall in a linear fashion.

If you are concerned, you might contact Apple Support and request a remote diagnostic test of your iPad.
