Se collego una qualsiasi tastiera bluetooth al mio ipad, solo ultimamente mi da il layout americano e anche modificandolo in impostazioni-tastiera non cambia

If I connect any bluetooth keyboard to my iPad, only lately it gives me the American layout and even changing it in settings-keyboard doesn't change

I've always used this bluetooth keyboard and it's always worked well, now instead it takes the American layout even if I modify it from the iPad settings. I also tried with another keyboard and it does the same

If you are unable to change the physical keyboard layout in iPad Settings as you describe, try a forced-restart - as this will often clear an isolated software issue:
