Redo keyboard shortcut not working when I change Keyboard Input source

Macbook pro M2 Max, Ventura 13.0

I have a German keyboard and the redo shortcut works fine when keyboard input source is set to German. When it is set to Irish, British or ABC - it no longer works.

Why is this?

How can I fix it?

Exactly what keys are you pressing for Redo that do not work on the English layouts? Is it Command Shift Z?
