why apple tv 4k go into cycle of restore/restart

After the many cycles of logo- restore/ restart screen it completely goes blank. When I talked to the service centre all he did was restore it and it worked fine for a few days before it went back to the cycles .. It’s a premium product with Apple to back it and yet this.
