Videos in Photos STILL start out mute even when the auto-play feature is off

I have seen others tell people over and over again to turn off the autoplay feature for their videos to work in the Photos app. That’s not working, even after the update I’m playing videos on my phone even with no earbuds, and there STILL won't be sound for the video until I fiddle on and off with the volume button. This will happen every single time I’m away from the phone app long enough for the sound to reset back to playing on mute and I hate it. Does anyone know why this keeps happening and how to fix it??

Seems our stored videos may always be muted so they don't create sound as we scroll through them all.

If you have low-power mode turned on, (or battery-level is low) it may cause videos to remain muted until turned on. / unmuted:. See Settings > Battery > Low Power mode to check if it is on or off.
