The simple answer is no.
The RAM was soldered to the system-on-a-chip when it was manufactured. Taking a soldering iron to a working Mac is most likely to produce electronic waste rather than a working system with more usable RAM.
But there is more to the story.
If you really do Need more RAM, (such as when you find only 8 GB RAM is not adequate for todays tasks) you should convert your Working Mac to Cash (by selling it) and buy a computer that better meets your needs.

No. You cannot upgrade RAM in any Apple Silicon Mac. The RAM is soldered in right next to the main System on Chip. Whatever the Mac has when you buy it is what it will have for life.
Even before Apple moved from Intel processors to Apple Silicon ones, they were soldering in RAM in Mac notebooks. With MacBook Pros, that started in 2012, when Apple started equipping them with Retina displays.
The RAM in the Apple Silicon M-series Macs cannot be upgraded after purchase. RAM in these machines is fixed and soldered to the logic board at the time of manufacture and cannot be changed after.
The last Macbook Pros that had upgradable RAM were some models introduced in 2012.
To learn whether you can add RAM to your Mac, press and hold the Option key, then choose Apple menu ➢ System Information.
Under Hardware on the left, click Memory.
In the Memory Slots pane, go to Upgradeable Memory to find out whether you can replace or install memory. (If the Memory Slots pane doesn’t appear, upgradeable memory isn’t available for your Mac.)
Click ▶︎ Activity Monitor User Guide. 📖
Good luck! 👋🏼😉
