My new Macbook Air order (shipping from Viet Nam) is stuck in US customs in Memphis (Fedex) Fedex says Apple needs to provide US Customs with the missing Commercial Invoice amount - I have talked to a dozen people between Apple and FedEx - just finger pointing, but no resolution no one can help me - any ideas before I cancel and give up???

The Vietnamese Macbook Pro stayed in customs for several days while the Chinese iMac went straight through with no customs delay, and arriving a day earlier than stated. The Macbook Pro arrived only about a day late and in perfect condition.

Same situation - my wife's new MacBook Pro from China flew thru with no delay - same as yours
Seems something with paperwork or other info from Viet Nam is the common thread
