Missing Active Energy Data in Apple Health After iOS 18.6 Update

Hello,

I'm experiencing an issue with the Health app on my iPhone. Some of my Active Energy data has disappeared. Other data, such as Steps, is still intact and appears as expected.

All my Health data is stored in iCloud, and I haven’t made any recent changes to settings, apps, or devices. The only recent change was updating my iPhone to iOS 18.6.

Has anyone encountered a similar problem? Is there a way to recover the missing Active Energy data?

Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
