Desktop apps display as 'Untitled' after updating to macOS Ventura

updated to Ventura now when i open some of my ions on my deesktop they come up as untitled. What iis the fix. Never had the problem untii I updated.

Boot into Restore Mode, open Disk Utility, in the view menu select show all devices, run Disk First Aid on all the items on the left top down,
