Unable to make App Store purchases with DANA payment method on iPhone

So every time i try to make a purchase via the app store, it says that i need to put my password in settings (which i did several times), and then it says that my payment method was declined. I am using DANA as a payment method, my balance is higher than the purchases i want to do, and i encounter an error while trying to update my dana account.
