I subscribed to recime with my email mail@spiralingto*******.com and by mistake had already signed up for a free trial from mail@efn.org. I want to make sure to cancel the free trial but stay with the subscription on the other email address. Please help please advise

If you subscribed with the content provider directly, then contact them directly for cancelation. Their website should have an account section where this can be done.
If one of these email addresses represents your Apple Account, and you subscribed through in-app options in their app on your Apple device, then you can cancel that through Apple.
It depends on which one you want to keep.
Just cancel your Free Subscription with the email address that you signed up with. It won’t affect your Paid Subscription because they are on different email addresses.

Thank you. When I looked in my Apple subscriptions the trial one was no longer there so I figured I must’ve deleted it. The other one offered a half price discount so of course I jumped on it but wanted to know that I had signed up for two of them. This was helpful thank you I will wait it out.
