Change monthly challenges difficulty on Apple Watch for seniors

I have been using Apple I watch and Health to improve and protect my health. I am 76 and have a very low bmi. I have enjoyed the monthly challenges and have tried very hard to do them, but they have become unrealistic and in my case, unhealthy. It seems each month they increase the difficulty. Is there a way to get the Challenge to recognize my age and health (recorded in the health info), without just not doing them anymore?

The monthly challenges are calculated by your latest workout efforts. So taking it slower for a couple of weeks should reduce your monthly challenges again.

You can also try to reduce the number of active calories burnt for the Move Ring and the time for the Exercise Ring.

Although getting the monthly challenges award is rewarding, in my opinion, closing all rings every day can be challenging enough.
