Transferring app passwords from iPad to Mac

If both devices are using the same Apple ID, and iCloud Keychain is turned on, passwords should be synced through the Passwords app on each device.

If they are using different Apple accounts, then you will need to manually add the passwords one by one to the passwords app or log in to the Apps on each device to add the passwords to the passwords App.
