Unload the app from memory - switch to light mode - open Photos - Recently Deleted in light mode - change the theme and nothing changes its bug?
It's not clear what you're saying with these phrases. I don't know what "Unload the app from memory" means, for instance. Perhaps if you gave more detail, and used actual sentences, your problem would be clearer.
