There is no mechanism to retrieve a passcode, as passcodes are not stored.
Is there a “forgot” option shown in that prompt? If so, select that.
(I am guessing that this prompt is related to iCloud Keychain or to Advanced Data Protection.)
There is no forgot option only give me to write old passcode that i forgot
If it’s iCloud Keychain prompting here, you‘ll have to shut off and start over with it, and the password store.
