can anyone help me with my etrecheck report for 2013 iMac

Agreeing 100% w @John Galt.


In addition, this iMac is 12 years old and appears to have the original and slow (5400 RPM) Apple hard disk drive still in place. It would not be surprising to find that the drive itself is not running at peak performance after all these years.


If you are inclined to keep using this obsolete computer, start with @John Galt's good guidance. Reboot the Mac in recovery mode, erase the drive and reinstall the OS.

Erase and reinstall macOS - Apple Support


Then download and run this drive diagnostics program to learn the overall health and status of the drive hardware: DriveDX from Binary Fruit.
