In season I walked nearly everyday. I want to show it to my Cardiologist. I was surprised it is not in my icloud. What is Wrong?

You can't view your health data in iCloud.
You can export all of your health data directly from the Health app on your iPhone.
Share your data in Health on iPhone - Apple Support
Note that you'll get a huge file that you'll have to sort through.
You might also want to try one of the many apps designed to do this in a friendlier way. One that seems as if it might do what you want is Health App Data Export Tool. I haven't used it myself, though.
