Clean versions added to my playlist while explicit songs exist

Hi there, I've seen your workarounds for adding explicit songs to my playlists but they don't work properly for me because there are still clean versions added automatically. How can I change this because it really irritates me and is an unpleasant experience and makes playlists making useless.
