Hello! I am in the Russian Federation, and my imessage feature is not working. I contacted my carrier, but they said there were no restrictions on their end and that I should contact Apple.

these forums are user helping other users like yourself, it's sort of going
to a physical apple store and asking other customers there advice
if this is some scantions thing, then asking us varoius users like yourself, around the world, is not really going to get you into contact with anyone, who would be in any position to do anything or pass any information to anyone, at apple or the usa government.
