Hi Apple , My dad added time limit on my ipad so now we are on vacay and he removed i saw it wity my eyes but for some reason its still keeps coming. Apple this is glotch annoys me , and i trust you guys . Another problem is Ive deleted all my photos from cloud storage but it says my ipad cant got backed up

Check for the Screen Time limit on both your Dad's and your device. Each device can set a limit with a Screen Time Passcode and the most restrictive limit will be used.
For the iCloud problem, the photos will remain in the Recently Deleted folder for 30 days, so delete them from there also. Then check how much free iCloud storage you have available at Settings > [name on top] > iCloud and compare that to the size of backup you need at Settings > [name on top] > iCloud > iCloud Backup > [name of device] > Backup Size, with the adjustment (+/-) for the Next Backup Size if showing.
