How to Delete an Airpod Pro 2 Audiogram

There were a few questions about this in late 2024, but none appear to apply to iOS 18.5. I want to delete one of my audiograms, but cannot find a way to do this without deleting all of my Health information. Has anyone been able to do this? Pls provide complete path to that option in iOS 18.5. Many thanks!

Well, let's try again.

Open Health app on the phone and be onthe Summary Page. Then scroll down until you see Hearing Test Results. if you cannot see it with the things you have pinned, then scroll a little further until you see Show All Health Data. Then you should be able to find that in the list, tap on it.

Tap on the test that appears there and then skip over Show More Data and scroll down to Show All Data.

Then you should see a list of Hearing Test Results. You can tap Edit in the upper right corner, then you can tap on the red dot with the minus sign, or swipe to the left and the Delete should appear. Also, once you hit edit, if you have more test results showing there, the Delete All command appears in the upper left corner.

That should take care of your problem. I'm not exactly sure how you are getting to the path that you refer to, but I believe with the screenshots that I provided, you should be okay. While I use an iPhone 16 Pro Max, the iOS is still 18.6.

To delete a Hearing Test Result from the Health app, follow these steps:

1. Launch the Health app.

2. Navigate to the “Browse” section.

3. Select “Hearing” from the available options.

4. Scroll to the bottom of the page and tap “Show All Data.”

5. From the “Show All Data” page, select the audiogram you wish to delete and tap “Edit.”

6. Once the audiogram is selected, tap “Delete” to remove it from the app.

Thanks, but there is no “Show All Data” at the bottom of the hearing page, just articles About Hearing, Understanding Hearing Loss, Headphones and Hearing Health, and Why Hearing Matters. Nothing else.

I am using a new iPhone 16E and iOS 18.5. I can see Hearing Test Results/All Hearing Test Results, but there are options to delete individual audiograms. Very annoying, Apple.

You have to go to the page where your audiogram is located. So after you tap on Hearing, tap on the audiogram that you wish to delete. Scroll to the bottom of that page and you should see the Show All Data command. Tap on that and it will bring you to a page with a listing titled All Recorded Data. In the upper right corner you will see the Edit command. Tap on it and in the results list a red icon will appear with a minus sign in it. Tap on it and the Delete command will appear on the right side. You can delete from there.

Thanks, but this is not the path I see available to me. Hearing does not show any audiograms. I can only see individual audiograms when I follow this path: Hearing/Hearing Test Results/All Hearing Test Results.

If I select the audiogram I want to delete, I see the graph, left average, right average, "Show More Data" (i.e., NOT "Show All Data"), and Export PDF. No "edit" or "delete" option. Not only can I not delete ONE audiogram, I cannot delete ALL audiograms. My only option appears to be to delete ALL health data. Well done, Apple.

PS I can delete individual Noise Level readings, but the interface for them is different...
