Apple Watch Ultra 2 connection error (10) during setup

Question

My watch after going through the process of setting up the connection,

stop at o2 page connection and says error 10 ?

Cannot connect any farther?

Any help would be appreciated in this matter

Try and set up your watch without setting up a cellular plan and try to add the cellular plan later from settings to see if the issues persist
