All of my devices are Apple except for my TV and my wireless Internet provider, my Internet provider, which is also for my phone and all of my devices I was recently a victim of fraud through AT&T services from an outside party and I have an airport extreme, but I don’t know if it’s of any use to me or even what it’s capable of

So I feel like all of my devices are compromised because the people who scammed me through AT&T services got my personal information through my phone and showed me my AT&T account go to zero balance therefore I know they have an inside source and they obviously have compromised every device I own! Your issue is with AT&T. Apple is not involved.
If the AirPort Extreme is connected to your network and working, there is no need to change it. If the AirPort Extreme is not connected to your network and you have no use for it, you might consider selling it on eBay.com
