Unable to cancel Apple iTunes subscription despite bank charge

I want to cancel my apple itunes subscription but it wont let me, it doesnt even show that i have one, but my bank account is charged €149,99. Please help me

If that charge is not anywhere on your Apple Account, it is in all likelihood fraudulent.


Plus, I have doubts that Apple would identify ANY legitimate transaction as “iTunes.


You need to report “Fraudulent Use” to your bank soonest — AND “Dispute” the specific transaction(s) — so as to invoke any fraud protections you might have.


Since this charge was not on your Apple Account, there’s little Apple can do for you directly.


It will then be a matter between you and your bank; any contact with Apple will be by your bank’s Fraud Department.
