I have a movement ring closed on each day on my calendar, and I've earned the award for a perfect month of movement. The only thing missing is the monthly challenge, which also involved movement rings.
Did you open the Fitness App on your iPhone, tap on Summary, then on the little calendar icon next to the date and bring up the overview? Then tap on the day you want to check.
I guess you already force restarted your devices?
