Inconsistent keyboard brightness on MacBook Air M4 13 inch

Currently I am using MacBook Air M4 13 inch . The brightness of my keyboard does not remain constant , it gets changed by its own . Can someone tell me some system setting for keeping the brightness constant at one level ?
