ipad 10th Gen Charging Issue

Hi guys, so i’ve had my ipad not even a year, since October/November of last year, and i’ve been coming to charge it recently and it’s been a struggle as, while plugged in, it will just flash that it’s charging on and off and it won’t charge very fast because of this. I can wiggle the charger in the port fine and it won’t stop charging, it’s simply just the ipad i think, but i’m also not sure if it’s the blocks fault. I use a Duracel 2 in one block for both usb c and usb a, as this was the most accessible to me at the time. I haven’t had problems on the usb a side so maybe it’s that, just wanted to know if anyone had a similar issue?

My ipad flashes charging on and off even when lying flat and not being used, could it be a port issue or an issue with my charging block? I use a Duracel 2 in 1 and i’ve had it for around 2 years. The ipad i’ve had since november so it’s pretty new.
