Backing Up Photos to iCloud from a PC:
A. Provide a Screenshot of this Message:
What does this error message read? Provide a snapshot of your Windows PC. Or, take a screenshot (using the print screen button, and then paste it in the Paint app. From there, downsize it to only the message, and upload it. IMPORTANT: Block out all personal info (i.e. eMail addresses and names) by covering them with red-colored rectangles and such, through use of the Paint app.
B. Turn Off ALL VPNs:
If you have a VPN on, turn it off, and then try this once more.
C. Update, then Restart your PC:
Check your PC for updates, and then back it up. Then, restart you PC, trying this once more.
D. Upload it, Manually:
