I transferred my old phone to my mom's apple ID but she can see my old photos

I had an old iPhone 11 I wasn't using. I reset it to factory settings and set up my mom's Apple ID, eSIM, etc. on it for her to use. Everything synced fine, all her photos, contacts, apps, etc. showed up correctly. However, in with her photos, are all of my old photos even though my Apple ID is not shared or on the phone. It's not syncing the photos I take on my new phone, but stuff from iCloud that I guess were taken on that phone. How can I remove these? They're mixed in with her photos.

iPhone 16, iOS 18

Getting Photos How they Should Be:

It might come down to another Factory Reset. Be certain your mom Backs up anything she needs before doing so.

Delete Though Photos App:

Have your Mom access these photos on the photos app on her Mac. Then, sort them by the date they were created. If all are your iCloud, and are of a certain time (before her's were created), then delete them from the Photos Library. Doing this using a computer is mush more user-friendly.

On a Mac:

  1. Open: Photos app
  2. Click: View menu
  3. Select: Keep Sorted By Oldest Capture Date
